By subscribing to and using our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.
Blast Velocity provides customers with access to AI-powered solutions, including but not limited to:
Voice AI Agents – Designed to answer inbound calls, interact with callers, determine needs, and forward information to your business by email.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide and maintain these services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance.
The subscription fee is $297 per month.
A setup fee will be designated at the time of the transaction.
Fees are due in full at the start of each billing cycle.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with prior notice.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
You are not under a contract and may cancel any time before your next renewal date.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Partial months of service
Pro-rated periods
Setup fees
All payments are final.
If you encounter issues with the service, you are encouraged to reach out by phone using the contact number on our home page. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
You are solely responsible for:
Providing accurate and up-to-date business information during onboarding.
Monitoring and reviewing emails or messages delivered by the AI agent.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of our services.
The services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not warrant that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
You agree that Vent Flow Digital, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, missed opportunities, or errors resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount you paid in the most recent billing cycle.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vent Flow Digital, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
Your use of the services
Any violation of these Terms
Your business’s interactions with its own customers
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Vent Flow Digital, LLC regarding your use of the services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
